Comments Platform is committed to providing reliable, high-quality service to all our customers. This Fair Use Policy ensures that our infrastructure remains available and performant for everyone by preventing abuse and excessive usage.

Acceptable Use

You may use Comments Platform for:

• Legitimate website commenting and community engagement
• Moderation and management of user-generated content
• Analytics and insights about your community
• Integration with your existing website or application

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Spam: Automated posting, bot-generated comments, or mass promotional content
• Abuse: Harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content
• System Abuse: Attempting to overload, hack, or exploit our infrastructure
• Reselling: Reselling or redistributing our service without authorization
• Scraping: Automated data extraction beyond normal API usage
• Circumvention: Attempting to bypass rate limits, usage caps, or security measures

Usage Limits

Each plan includes specific usage limits:

• Free Plan: 1 site, 1,000 comments/month
• Pro Plan: 10 sites, 1,000,000 comments/month
• Enterprise Plan: Unlimited with custom fair use terms

These limits are designed to accommodate normal usage patterns. If you consistently approach or exceed your limits through legitimate use, we encourage you to upgrade to a higher plan.

Rate Limiting

To ensure service stability, we implement rate limiting on API requests and comment submissions. Excessive requests may be temporarily throttled. Enterprise customers can request custom rate limits.

Enforcement

Violations of this Fair Use Policy may result in:

• Warning notifications
• Temporary service suspension
• Account termination without refund
• Legal action for severe violations

We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before taking action, except in cases of severe abuse or security threats.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter abuse of our platform, please report it to abuse@commentsplatform.com. We investigate all reports promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
